Meet Liz

Aerial hoop instructor and studio owner, Liz started her aerial journey in 2012 with Pole Fitness and has been hooping since 2013.

Liz provides small group and private aerial hoop classes as well as coaching competitive aerialists and teaching stretch & flexibility. 

In her spare time she likes to learn new aerial disciplines including trapeze and straps.

Meet Hayley

Aerial hoop and silks instructor Hayley has been hanging upside down since 2017.

A lover of all moves 'splitty', aerial has made her physically strong and given her a new found confidence.

In the words of Hayley: 'Aerial is my happy place'

Meet Emma

Emma is a highly experienced and knowledgable instructor across the aerial disciplines of aerial hoop, silks, rope and sling.

Emma has over 15 years experience of being upside down and continues to train pole fitness in her spare time.

Meet Annie

Aerial hoop and silks instructor, Annie has been flying about since 2017.

Combos and doubles are Annie's love along with trying new equipment and aerial arts including: flying pole, moon crest, cloud swing and spiral.

Meet Lucy

Lucy is a stretch & flexibility and aerial sling instructor.

With almost 12 years experience hanging upside down Lucy has been teaching flexibility, aerial sling, pole and pole silks for over 8 of those.

Lucy is a lover of flow and combos but still loves an impressive strength or flexibility pose - especially for Instagram!
